Marking and coding of automotive and aviation parts

In motor vehicles and commercial vehicles, airplanes and helicopters, all safety-relevant individual components have to be clearly traceable. When you consider that individual components are shipped from all over the world, it becomes evident which challenges are placed on the marking processes in the automotive and aviation industries. Accurate information has to be applied onto each individual part permanently for traceability. This is made possible, for example, by using a barcode or DataMatrix code that contains very specific encrypted data. LEIBINGER inkjet printers meet these marking requirements. LEIBINGER camera systems are also used to monitor printouts.
