International Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) Europe West
Your responsibilities:
- Building up and developing customer and dealer relationships independently in your international sales territory
- Developing new sales strategies and modern sales approaches
- Active involvement in customer care, including the preparation of offers, contract negotiations and project support for our international sales partners – using your strong customer and market orientation to your advantage
- Identifying, winning and directly supporting strategically important key accounts and OEMs in your sales region
- Preparing market, customer and competitor analyses, as well as deriving ideally suited measures for market development
- Your objectives will also include the target-oriented implementation of the measures taken to open up new markets and the focussed expansion of our international partner network
- Acquiring excellent market knowledge and developing in-depth understanding of our customers’ requirements – using this knowledge to further develop our product portfolio and working closely with our internal specialist departments to achieve this
- Representing and presenting Leibinger and its products on various platforms and to end-customers
Your profile:
- You have previous experience in B2B sales of industrial capital goods and with different sales channels
- You preferably live in Spain, alternatively you live in France, Italy or Germany
- Your strengths include analytical skills, a systematic approach to work and digital affinity
- You are a networker with intercultural expertise
- You enjoy international business trips (regular international travel to your sales territories is required)
- A high level of self-motivation, an independent working style and strong interpersonal and communication skills round off your profile
- You have a university/college degree or sound vocational training or comparable qualifications in the field of industrial engineering or a related subject area
- You are business-fluent in English and French. Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
- You are also welcome to join us as an industry outsider, as long as you are convinced that international sales is your passion
