Privacy Policy

General information
Paul Leibinger GmbH & Co.KG places the highest priority on protecting your privacy as a user. This particularly applies to the processing of personal data. You are not required to disclose any personal information in order to use our website. In some cases, however, we need your name and address and other data so that we can process your order. We will notify you accordingly when this is required. Additionally, we only store and process data that you have provided to us voluntarily or automatically.

Collection and processing
Every instance of access to our website or retrieval of data stored on the website is logged. This information includes: retrieved file names, date and time of retrieval, volume of transferred data, notification of successful retrieval, web browser and requesting domain. This data is stored for internal statistical purposes. The IP addresses of the requesting devices are also logged. We only collect further personal data if you provide this data voluntarily, such as within the scope of a request, order or registration.

Use and transfer
We treat the personal data you disclose to us confidentially and only share it with third parties if this is necessary to process a request, e.g., when transferring order data to suppliers. Under no circumstances will we rent or sell your personal data, or data that can be associated with your person, to third parties for their own use. We only use your personal data to process your requests, answer your questions, or for the internal preparation of anonymous statistics. The only exceptions are when you request services that include consent for the use of further personal data or when sharing your data with governmental institutions or authorities as required by law. We share the data collected and stored with your consent with our business partners within the scope of contractual agreements insofar as this is necessary to serve your interests. As a matter of course, we request and obligate our business partners to comply with the applicable data protection regulations.
In cases where our website contains advertising on behalf of other companies, we mark these advertisements accordingly. Through its decision of May 12, 1998, “Liability for Links” (312 O 85/98), the Regional Court of Hamburg has definitively ruled that website operators who provide links on their websites potentially share responsibility for the contents of the linked sites, e.g., may be found liable for this content; operators can only prevent this by explicitly distancing themselves from this content, which Paul Leibinger GmbH & Co.KG hereby does. Paul Leibinger GmbH & Co.KG will not transfer any data to non-EU states without your approval except in cases where this is necessary for business purposes and expressly permitted by the German Federal Data Protection Act.

Right of access and objection
If consent to the use of your personal data has been required, you can revoke this consent by mail to Paul Leibinger GmbH & Co.KG, Geschäftsleitung, Daimlerstr.14, 78532 Tuttlingen, Germany or by e-mail to info@leibinger-group.com.
