The road to increased production reliability

Alongside its newest JET3up continuous inkjet printer, Paul LEIBINGER is presenting a new Vision System for ensuring higher production reliability.

Paul LEIBINGER will present the roadmap to reliability during the upcoming 2015 trade show season

Paul Leibinger GmbH & Co. KG will not only present the next generation of LEIBINGER inkjet printers, but also its new Vision System for printed data quality control at FachPack in Nuremberg, Motek in Stuttgart, Fakuma in Friedrichshafen and, last but not least, productronica in Munich.

How do you guarantee 100% that each individual product is correctly marked? The German specialist for industrial marking and camera verification systems, Paul LEIBINGER, will present the answer to this question

  • from September 29 to October 1, 2015 at the FachPack trade show in Nuremberg in Hall 4, Booth 433,
  • from October 5 to 8, 2015 at the Motek trade show in Stuttgart in Hall 4, Booth 4328,
  • from October 13 to 17, 2015 at the Fakuma trade show in Friedrichshafen in Hall A1, Booth 1316,
  • and from November 10 to 13, 2015 at the productronica trade show in Munich in Hall A2, Booth 412.

The new LEIBINGER JET3up continuous inkjet printer allows high-quality marking and coding of any product at a speed of up to 36 km/h (1960 ft/min). The standard Sealtronic automatic nozzle seal reliably prevents the ink in the printhead from drying out and, together with the Clean Instant Start and Stop technology, always ensures a maintenance-free start.

Even higher production reliability is guaranteed when the printer is used in combination with the new LEIBINGER Vision System. The control system reliably detects incorrectly or incompletely marked products and reports them to the printer and/or user immediately. This provides consistent protection against large-scale product recalls and complaints due to incorrect marking.
