A tradition of innovation.
From Tuttlingen to the whole world.

LEIBINGER – As an international technology leader for industrial coding and marking systems, we supply companies right around the globe. You encounter LEIBINGER on a daily basis: Either as the sell-by date on a yogurt cup, the bar code on a beverage bottle, a 2D code on a cosmetic product or as a batch number on electronic appliances. Marking is our core business and is what our industrial CIJ printers are doing in worldwide production facilities. Does that sound exciting and varied to you? It certainly is!

Ultimate quality standard, progress and closeness to our customers - these are the cornerstones of our success. Our 300 employees are the driving force behind this. As a family-run company, now in its third generation, the focus for us is on team spirit, confidence and mutual respect. Our daily working lives are characterized by a modern workplace environment, the use of leading-edge technologies, mutual support and the development opportunities for our workforce.

Our benefits for you.

A family company with a wealth of tradition

We are a traditional company and we have been building up our team spirit for 75 years.

Ultra-modern equipment

Everything under one roof. Administration and production extending across 12,000 m² – a bright, friendly working atmosphere, equipped with state-of-the-art machines and production lines.

A shared spirit

Flat hierarchies, mutual support, a friendly and professional atmosphere – we all share these things, and it defines the corporate culture at LEIBINGER.

Appreciation and further development

It is important to us to reward your performance, to recognize your potential and to help you hone the precise skills you need, creating opportunities for you to develop your career in our company.

Work-life balance

Our company is based in the heart of the Danube hill country, the Donaubergland. At the edge of the Black Forest, not far from Lake Constance, in one of the loveliest natural settings in Germany. A perfect place for local recreation.

A central location

From our site, you can reach downtown Tuttlingen within just ten minutes. And after the working day? Nothing stands in the way of a casual get-together with colleagues on the banks of the Danube, or out in town.

Good transportation links

No matter whether you commute to work by car, bus or rail – links to local public transportation are good and there is no shortage of parking space.

Flexible working hours

We can offer you the option of flexible part-time and full-time working models which can also include home-based working to enable you to reconcile the needs of family and career. That all makes perfect sense to us as a family-owned business!

Generous allowances

We think and act with an eye to the future. On behalf of our employees. For example, we offer a company pension plan, performance-related bonuses, voluntary special payments and a capital-growth savings scheme.

Day nursery and kindergarten places

Through a collaborative arrangement with the town of Tuttlingen, we can offer you day nursery and kindergarten places in the Haus der Familie, subject to capacity. High-caliber, dependable and loving care for your children.

Always an open ear

We always warmly welcome good ideas. If you have one, please bring it to our attention and make your contribution towards helping us to improve all the time.

Healthcare provision

Your health is very important to us. We work tirelessly to keep ourselves up-to-date in terms of ergonomics and of health & safety at work. The payment of flu vaccinations or - following a long period of illness - a scheme to help you reintegrate into work at our company - are expressions of that commitment.
