Exceptional solidarity
LEIBINGER honors longstanding employees

On December 14, 2023, Paul Leibinger GmbH & Co. KG honored this year's anniversary employees. Among them was a jubilarian with a truly exceptional story that proves that values like family, solidarity, mutual appreciation and support are not just empty words at the Tuttlingen-based family-owned company.

Ansgar Tribelhorn, industrial mechanic at LEIBINGER, celebrated 40 years with the company. But he is not the only one to look back on a long association with the company. When you consider the Tribelhorn family, you'll find an astonishing 150 years of collective service. Ansgar's father, Remigius Tribelhorn, also worked at LEIBINGER. His brothers, Paul and Matthias, are long-term employees as well, celebrating their 40-year work anniversaries in 2015 and 2018, respectively. To personally congratulate the jubilarian, Senior CEO Günther Leibinger, the son of the company's founder, Paul Leibinger, made a special trip.

According to Günther Leibinger, this very special bond between the family and the company is a value that can only be nurtured through a mutually trusting relationship and is something rare to find, especially in this day and age.

His daughter, Christina Leibinger, CEO of Paul Leibinger GmbH & Co KG and and thus the third generation in charge of the company at LEIBINGER, explains: "The journey of the Tribelhorn family at LEIBINGER shows our close ties to the region and our strong relationship as a family-owned company with our employees. Over the years, we have had the privilege of celebrating jubilee honors for 10, 25, 40, and even 50 years. We are very proud of this and continue to build on our great team."

In addition to Ansgar Tribelhorn, seven other employees were honored for their 10-year company anniversaries: Michael Schwarz, Dr. Christian Kreuter, Daniel Bisser, Oliver Hipp, Willibald Weinmann, Maren Klose, Robin Rack.

Employees with long tenure are an invaluable asset.

LEIBINGER, the globally operating specialist in marking systems and numbering machines headquartered in Tuttlingen, Germany celebrated its 75th anniversary as a family-owned company this year.
